Frequently Asked Questions Most people will have a few questions before going in to their first escape room. We have listed a few below we believe will be helpful.

How do I book a game?

Book your game online at  We do also accept walk-ins, just note that their may be a wait depending on availability.

Do I need to fill a room when I book?

You do not need to fill a room unless you want it to be private for your group. If you don’t book the room full, you may be paired with another group who purchases the other tickets for that time slot.

Do you offer private rooms?

Yes we do. To book a private room, all you have to do is purchase the maximum capacity for that specific room. Both of our rooms hold a capacity of 10 players. If you are celebrating a birthday party, bringing in a work group or simply want to spice up your entire experience, call us at (970) 472-8000 and talk to one of our dedicated event planners.

Are we actually going to be locked in a room?

No. Our rooms veer from the traditional idea of an escape room. Instead of simply trying to escape the room, you and your group will try to complete all the puzzles and objectives within the allotted time.. The entrance to each room will remain unlocked, so if you ever feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.

How early should my group arrive for our game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your game for check-in and game briefing. Games will begin exactly at the start time, so arriving late will mean you will not receive the full allotted time. Also expect to spend some time after your game for photos, food, and drink.

What happens if I’m late or need to cancel?

We understand plans change, so reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before your game for a full refund. If something changes within that 72 hours we would be more than happy to reschedule your game for a future date and time. Give us a call at (970) 472-8000 if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Am I allowed to bring anything in?

Before the game we will ask all guests to use the free lockers to store all of there personal items. If special circumstances require you to have your cell phone on you, we ask that it not be used to take photos. We want to keep the puzzles secret for everyone else. None of our rooms require any previous knowledge, tools, cell phones, or strength to complete, so no need to brush up on your algebra before your experience.

Is there an age limit?

There is no strict age limit. Any player under the age of 10 needs to be accompanied by an adult. The recommended age for our experiences is 14+.

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate event?

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes both of our rooms are wheelchair and handicap accessible.
