Terms of Service
These Terms set out the ground rules for booking an Escape Room with The 47 Seals a Fort Fun Escape Experience and using our website. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy before you book.
About Fort Fun
By using this site or booking a room with us, you agree to the terms below. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed once payment (in full or as a deposit, depending on the type of booking) has been received and you get a confirmation email from us.
Prices listed generally show the starting rate for each type of booking.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.
Group size, dates, and room availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled room time will be able to claim a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refundable.
We can reschedule a room at any time. Rescheduling a room, then canceling the rescheduled room will not be eligible for a refund.
No shows will not receive a refund.
Guest Responsibilities
You're responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled room. We suggest arriving 15min prior to your start time.
In the event of a late arrival time may be deducted from the 60min in order to ensure all other rooms stay on schedule.
Guests are expected to follow all game master's instructions throughout the experience, as well as follow all Fort Fun guest conduct policies while on site.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Fort Fun and its staff will take reasonable care to ensure your safety, but we are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or delay arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our rooms are not recommended for:
Expectant mothers.
Guests with photosensitive conditions.
Guests who have had recent surgeries.
Guests with heart and back conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including room descriptions, room themes, photography, and branding — belongs to Fort Fun or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or a new booking after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
